Volunteer...

Winneshiek County Habitat for Humanity (WCHFH) is based on the work of volunteers to help build affordable houses in partnership with qualified families. No house comes out of the ground without hard work and effort. Board members are a critical part of the volunteer team.

More about the Board...

Construction work days are scheduled on Tuesdays and Saturdays at the building site. There are several ways to volunteer at the present time.

  • Come to the building site on Tuesdays or Saturdays.

  • Bring your own tools and equipment (hammers, screwdrivers, gloves, etc.) and/or use equipment provided by WCHFH.  Habitat personnel will supervise and direct the construction activity.
  • Join the Board of Directors by contacting Gus.

    Food and beverages
